1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of b33d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on b33d. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. b33d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

b33d may require you to complete identity verification at any time. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account details). Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

b33d employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any transaction or pattern of activity that triggers a fraud alert will be investigated. Confirmed fraudulent accounts will be permanently closed, and any associated funds may be frozen pending legal review.

7. Responsible Gaming
